World Piece Bath Bomb Demo:
This is the World Piece Bath Bomb. It was first Released early in 2013, The World Piece bomb was Lush's way of showing support and educating their customers etc on 'Peace One Day' - an organisation founded by filmmaker Jeremy Gilley, who wanted to create an annual day of ceasefire and nonviolence..Peace Day. The UN accepted his plea, voting for an international day of peace.. which is the 21st September.
Now occasionally the Lush Kitchen release this bath bomb in small batches.
So, I ordered it and kind of instantly regretted doing so as I am not overly fussed on Minty products. This bomb has quite a strong menthol fragrance and at first I found it a bit too over powering. World Piece contains Pine Oil, Sweetie Oil, Cypress Oil, Gardenia extract and peppermint Oil. Its very fresh, sweet and lifts your senses.
Currently I am suffering with a cold, so I saw the perfect opportunity to use this bath bomb. I placed it in the water, and It turned my water into a pretty turquoise colour. Whilst It was fizzing away, the smell started to settle and become more sweet..so I grew to like it. This would probably be perfect for the summer time as it's quite cooling against the skin. It didn't do a lot for my skin, it didn't add much moisture, and it wasn't overly exciting..It was very simple. Not my favourite but I thought it could of been a lot worse! I probably won't purchase this one again, but I'm glad I gave it a go, and I might try different minty products in the future. 5/10 Rating
