Lush Cribbs Causeway..NEW STORE

I woke up early Sunday morning feeling excited; I've been waiting a week or so to make my way up to Bristol to see the new Lush store in Cribbs Causeway shopping centre. I got into the Mall, and I turned around the corner and there it was...a Lushies dream come true. They originally had a store in Cribbs.. but it was rather small and cramped, though I always enjoyed visiting there and the Lush colleagues have always been so good to me, so I knew this new store would be on another level.. And oh boy was I right! They have moved into a Larger space..and It's truly a Lush paradise!

I walked in with a massive smile on my face! My first thought was 'This store is absolutely stunning'. I saw images on social media when they did a Bloggers event and they did the big reveal of their new shop (I was immensely jealous!). They had a couple of the Lush kitchen staff all the way from Poole chatting to customers, and showing how they make Lush products. They also let customers join in and make their own bubble bars! The pictures/videos online didn't do the store justice..You just have to see it for yourself..It's a Lush grotto!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Lush Colleagues even though I could see the store was very busy..they still spare a second or two to welcome you.

I Instantly noticed the Sinks, so I definitely got a 'Spa' feel in there, as I'm sure they took inspiration from the Spa at Lush Oxford street in London. They also have a seating area with sinks where they can sit down with customers and talk about products and about the Lush Spa. With the sinks they can demonstrate all different types of products like Bath Bombs, skin care and bubble bars etc. You could really see customers and their children enjoying themselves and having fun playing in the water with the reusable bubble bars and talking to the Lush Team.

Every thing is clearly sign posted, beautifully displayed and products are easy to find. At the front of the store on the right you have a selection of their Gorilla Perfumes, And in front of you there's a great display of their fresh face masks. A large section of their store is dedicated to their make up, massage bars, foot and hand creams, and skin care products. There is a stunning display of all their soaps with a mixture of the Christmas stock and all year round soaps. Along the left side of the store is a massive selection of Christmas gift sets, shower gels, shower jellies, hair products etc. And at the end of the store by the tills, you can find all your Bath Bombs, Bubble Bars, Bath Melts, Teeth and lip products. Most of their products have testers which is always great as you're able to try it before you buy. Now they have a lot more space there is a much bigger selection of their wonderful creations, and there's even a few exclusives so it's very difficult not to buy everything!

Obviously I brought a few things...Mostly Christmas presents! (I was trying to be good!) So I picked up a few items, and a couple of bits for myself..for my blog of course! I wanted a 100g of the Santas Post Box soap from the Christmas range, so I asked a lovely member of staff if she was able to cut some off for me. She was super busy but said she will take the soap to the till and they will sort it out for me when I go to pay..which was very nice of her and I really appreciated it as I know it's two weeks before Christmas so I'm sure the massive surge of customers was very overwhelming. So I carried on with my shopping, looking at the bath bombs, almost forgetting about the soap. Five minutes later I get a tap on the shoulder..the lady cut the soap, she made sure it was 100g and wrapped it up for me. The fact that she did that and remembered was amazing to me. Once I got what I wanted, I waited in the cue for the tills and another member of the lush team came up to me and asked if I wanted my stuff labeled, so it was all ready for when I got to the till. I think this is an amazing idea!! I'm the type of lush customer who buys products in bulk and wants to try everything, so I always feel bad for the other customers waiting in the cue and that the colleagues have to go through all my purchases at the till and label it all. So she put labels on all my products, and literally two minutes later I was being served at the till. I was greeted with a massive hello, and a festive vibe from the colleague who served me. She was talking to me about what I was purchasing and was so friendly and we were even having a joke and a laugh together! It was like we were good friends which is always a nice feeling. It was quick but professional service, and a relaxing atmosphere even though in reality the store was hectic with all the Christmas shoppers.

This next part I didn't see coming... Luckily I managed to get a tour from a lovely Lush colleague called Freyja! My sister spoke to her about my Blog and YouTube channel, so as soon as Freyja got the chance, she showed me around the store. She sat me down and we chatted for ages about different products that they sell. She went through all of the Gorilla Perfumes and explained the history about them. She went through some skin care products which would suit me, and she also tested them out on my skin and explained why they would be good for me . Freyja also spoke to me about the Lush Spa and what treatments they offer which I found very interesting as I've always wanted to visit the Oxford Street Store. I felt like royalty..she made me feel so comfortable and seemed really interested in what Lush products I like and my Blog. She spent a good 45 minutes with me..I really can't thank her enough as I know how busy they all were. Just when I thought my day couldn't get any better, I was about to do my last bit of filming and take a couple more photos before I left, and she told me to wait for a minute. She came back with two of my ABSOLUTE favourite products and said that I could have them. I gave her a massive hug with a bit of a tear in my eye as I haven't experienced something so lovely and so heartwarming.

Every time I go into any lush store, or when I use their online website, I can never complain about their customer service. Every time I walk out of a store I somehow end up with more confidence and with more knowledge. It's not just your standard shop on the high street; They want to make sure you have the best shopping experience and to make you feel welcome.

There were all sorts of customers in the store which I haven't noticed before. There were Women, Men, and all different ages enjoying the shop. It just made me realise that any one can enjoy lush products...Lush is for every one.

I really can't wait to go back, and it's safe to say it's such a magical store, and all the colleagues have beautiful souls. I will recommend this store to everyone I know..and all of the Lush Team should be very proud of what they have created! Thank you so much Cribbs for making me feel so welcome and for making my first visit to the new store an amazing experience. I'm looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!
