Mother's Day Range 2017

I am in love with the Mother's day range this year...It's bloody fantastic! Lots of beautiful floral scents to kick start Spring. I'm going to go through all the products that I have tired so far and tell you my honest opinion and rate them, so lets get started!

Baa Bar Bubble Bar £3.95

Now this cute little bubble bar will make you feel like Spring has arrived. The comforting scent of Baa Bar will make counting sheep seem like a distant memory. Lavender, Ylang Ylang and rose will help to relax you before hitting the hay. The main fragrance of this product is Violet; it's very prominent but it's not over powering as you can pick up the musky lavender note. You'd think this is just a white bubble bar, but the core reveals a deep purple, so it turns you're water into a stunning colour! Even though it's a small bubble bar, the impact it has is really amazing! It makes incredible bubbles, it adds a bit of sparkle and the scent really sticks to the water.

Mother Earth Bath Bomb £7.95

(Kitchen Exclusive)

This is what you call a XXL Bath Bomb! When I first received this through the post, I was completely shocked by the size and the weight of this bath bomb! I have yet to try out this product, but I have used World Piece Bath Bomb which was released in the kitchen a few months ago. World Piece is the child of Mother Earth. In this bath bomb you get an overwhelming Peppermint Oil scent, which is lovely and sweet, and it also contains Cypress Oil and Tangerine Oil. I've watched demos of this beast, and the difference between the two is that Mother Earth reveals a colourful centre! Apparently is takes 20 minutes for the bath bomb to completely dissolve, so I'm sure it will put on an out of the world display!

Pink Custard Shower Jelly £4.25+£8.50

Pink Custard has to be my FAVOURITE product from the whole Mothers's Day range. Oh my goodness, I am completely In love with this shower jelly. Can you guess why?? Well I'll tell you why..it's Lavender scented. The consistency of this Jelly is completely different to any other Jellies I have tried. It's meant to be a mix between Jelly and Custard, and I love that concept! This doesn't smell like Twilight, but if you're a fan of the Twilight scent then you'll adore Pink Custard! It Contains Golden Syrup, Tonka Absolute and Vanilla absolute which adds sweetness to the lavender. The Neroli Oil adds a uplifting note, and has a toning affect on the skin. I've stocked up on Pink Custard, and so far it seems to be very popular so grab a tub when you can!

Scrubee Body Butter £6.95

This Body Butter/Scub has been very popular since its release, and that doesn't surprise me with its yummy coconut scent. I'd call this product a Buffer as It doesn't just moisturise the skin, it also exfoliates the skin with ground almonds and crushed coconut shells. Honey and cocoa butter hydrates the skin and leaves it feeling silky smooth. I love the design of Scrubee, It almost looks edible! I'm sure A lot of Lushies will be stashing up on this beautiful creation.

Your Mother Should Know Bubble Bar £5.95

When you see the price of this bubble bar, you might get put off. But I am telling you now, It's so worth it! Your mother should know is a lot bigger then your standard bubble bar, so you could use this for 5+ baths! And the scent is to die for! The fragrance is a cross between Fruity and Floral as it contains Grapefruit Oil, Rose Oil, Rosewood Oil, Neroli Oil and Orange Flower Absolute. The uplifting scent really brightens your day, and is needed after these long cold winter months. The bubble bar is like a jigsaw piece..You can pull it apart if you want too, so you can create your desired colour in your bath. I've grabbed a couple of these and I shall be savouring them! They're gorgeous!

Yummy Mummy Shower Cream £4.95-£27.95

So I've just looked at the Lush Website, and Yummy Mummy is currently sold out. This product is the most hyped up product in the Mother's Day collection. It's super popular, and everyone gets so excited about it! Even though it's adored by a lot of Lushies, I'm not a massive fan of the scent..I find it too sweet but I don't hate it! It shares the same fragrance as the Roller bath bomb, which is also a very hyped up product. Apart from the smell, I find the shower cream very moisturising which is a great benefit for me as I suffer with dry skin. Yummy Mummy contains Tonka Absolute, Cocoa Butter, Geranium Oil and Brazilian Orange Oil. People say is smells like sweet strawberries with a slight floral edge. I find the sweetness too much, but I think it's a product that will grow on me the more I use it.

Mum Bath Bomb £2.95

Mum bath bomb is simple, but it packs a punch! The fragrance fills your bathroom, it turns your water into a lush pink colour, and it contains a cute little note inside. It's the perfect little mother's day gift! This bath bomb contains Sicilian Lemon Oil, Sweet Orange Oil, Rose Oil and Gardenia Extract. The combination of these ingredients create a Floral scent with a citrusy kick. This bath bomb doesn't put on a big show, but I think they're sweet.

Elsie The Giraffe £6.95

How cute is this reusable Bubble Bar? She's so adorable! When I first picked her up, the first scent I got instantly was Sherbet Lemon Sweets! She Contains Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit so she's a fruity delight! I adore the fragrance of Elsie, she reminds me of Refresher Shower Jelly..A proper Citrus Explosion! I love that you can reuse these bubble bars, so it's great if you are a bubble bar Lover! I haven't had the chance to use her yet, but I'm sure she won't let me down! I've heard good things about Elsie The Giraffe!

Ups-A-Daisy Bath Bomb £3.50

Wow!! I don't know what I can say?!? This bath bomb is pretty amazing! I can see why this bath bomb is growing in popularity, I mean look at the price!! You'd think Ups-A-Daisy would be around the £5 mark as It's a decent size, it's double sided and it makes amazing bath art! If you don't have a massive budget (Or If you're not as crazy as me as I spend stupid amounts) This bath bomb is definitely worth it. It's a slow fizzer, so you're able to create amazing Bath art..it's amazing to film. And when it fizzes away, a burst of colour from the middle starts to seep through, its absolutely wonderful. This bath bomb contains Rosewood Oil, Rose oil and Cream of Tar Tar, so it has this beautiful Floral scent, but it also contains orange oil for a delicate fruity note. It's Fabulous!
